Through our Monthly Wellness focus, we continue to explore meaningful ways to support the health and well-being of our staff, both inside and outside the workplace. This April, we’re excited to bring that commitment to life with a fun, energizing opportunity to get moving, stay connected, and prioritize ourselves in a simple yet powerful way.
Introducing the Spring Into Wellness Step Challenge, a 30-day journey happening from April 1 through April 30. As the season shifts and everything around us begins to bloom, it’s the perfect time to reset, recharge, and bring more movement into our daily routines. Whether it’s a morning walk, a lunchtime loop, or an evening stroll to unwind, every step becomes a small act of self-care—an intentional pause in our busy days to reconnect with our bodies and our well-being.
This year’s challenge brings a fresh twist, focusing on the highest combined average steps per day per team member, creating a more balanced and team-centered experience. It’s not just about how far one person can go—it’s about showing up for one another, encouraging consistency, and building momentum together. Teams of 4 to 5 will work collaboratively, cheering each other on while adding a little friendly competition into the mix. And of course, there are exciting incentives along the way, including weekly raffle prizes and gift card rewards for top-performing teams.
But beyond the prizes, this challenge is really about connection. It’s about stepping away from our desks, taking a breath, and sharing in something that supports both our physical and mental health. Movement has been shown to reduce stress, boost mood, and increase energy—something we can all benefit from. Even more, participating as a team creates opportunities for camaraderie, accountability, and those small moments of encouragement that can make a big difference in someone’s day.

Whether you’re someone who already tracks steps daily or you’re just beginning your wellness journey, this challenge is designed to meet you where you are.
