Yellow Submarine Transition Age Youth (TAY) Drop-in Centers are dedicated to providing a safe space for young adults ages 16-25 in both Service Provider Areas (SPAs) 1 based in the Antelope Valley and 7 based in the City of Commerce within the Los Angeles County. Our pursuit is to eradicate youth homelessness by guiding youth towards their goals of safety, stability, success, and independence. We accomplish this by using a heart-centered approach to inspire growth and hope.
On site offerings include laundry, showers, computers with internet access, printing, hot meals, hygiene kits, clothing and weekly bus passes.

Each year the Penny Lane TAY Drop-in Centers hold their annual TAYstock event at both the Lancaster and Commerce locations. This event commemorates the anniversary of our grand opening by celebrating art, music, and community. It allows our young adults and community partners to gather and share resources as well as participate in fun and creative activities.

Guiding clients and their families to reach their highest potential.
Providing home-based parenting support to help families with young children (0-5) strengthen their family connection and resources.
Short-term program for individuals experiencing and/or at risk of institutionalization, homelessness, incarceration, or psychiatric in-patient services.
Donations such as grocery store gift cards, fast food gift cards, art supplies & hygiene supplies as well as laptops & backpacks w/school supplies and other useful items are being accepted. Or if you can contribute financially your donation will go towards helping our homeless youth.
Penny Lane Centers is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that cares for over 3500 abused and neglected children, youth and families a month. We provide therapeutic services, foster family home placements, adoption services, transitional and affordable housing, family preservation, Intensive Services and mental health services for children youth and families throughout Los Angeles County.
