The Community & Family Resource Center (CFRC) invites you to join our Self-Care 101 Group. The goal of this group is to teach individuals how to increase self-care and learn new ways to manage daily stressors. Participants will learn about the pillars of wellbeing, including sleep, nutrition, exercise, social, and spiritual wellness. The group will also guide participants in learning and practicing relaxation skills to help them feel more calm and grounded. Participants will learn about the brain and the window of tolerance, and how using coping skills and taking good care of ourselves can help us feel more present and joyful. Each participant will receive a special self-care toolkit to use during and after the event. Lunch Provided by Amor a Mi.

Our tutoring space offers a calm and welcoming environment where children and youth can focus, build confidence, and strengthen their academic skills. Participants receive support with homework, develop study strategies, and work at their own pace with guidance from caring staff. We’re here to help students feel supported, capable, and successful in their learning journey.
