The CFRC promotes stability and wellness by offering case management, parenting education, mental health support, and community engagement activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of local residents. The center is committed to being a welcoming, trauma informed space where individuals can find guidance, resources, and encouragement as they navigate life’s challenges.

Healthy Habits is a hands-on wellness workshop where participants learn about nutrition, hydration, and healthy lifestyle choices through interactive activities, demonstrations, and practical tips that can be applied in everyday life.
Topics include:
• Nutrition and healthy food choices, including
snack ideas and food demonstrations
• Hydration and building healthy daily routines
• Stress management, self-care, and physical
activity for overall wellness
• Practical tips for supporting family health and
long-term well-being

We provide therapeutic residential services, foster family home placements, adoption services, transitional and affordable housing, family preservation, Intensive Services and mental health services for children youth and families throughout Los Angeles County.
