Child Full-Service Partnership (FSP)

Providing hope, support, and unconditional commitment to children & families in crisis.

Recovery, Health & Well-being

The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) offers a FSP for children (0-18) who would benefit from and are interested in participating in a program designed to address physical, emotional, and living situation needs. We provide an array of services beyond the scope of traditional mental health outpatient services. Those participating in an FSP program have services available to them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Who qualifies?

A child/young adult with a Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) who may not have responded well to traditional outpatient mental health and/or psychiatric rehabilitation services or those individuals who have incurred high costs related to acute psychiatric hospitalization or long-term care.
