Penny Lane Centers’ Transitional Housing Program (THP) provides supportive services to at-risk and homeless young adults between the ages of 18-24. This program is funded through Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) utilizing measure H funding as approved by the voters in Los Angeles. Young people are referred through the Coordinated Entry System (CES) and then screened by our intake specialist. Clients are placed in buildings either in our current North Hills locations or in our Antelope Valley Location. Both young men and women are eligible for this program. While living at Penny Lane, we assist the youth with acquiring independent living skills needed to become independent. THP offers either directly or by linkages to community partners a wide array of services including but not limited to employment services, education, life skills training, medical and dental assistance, case management, mental health services, and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment.
Consider donating to our Transitional Housing Program and help create homes for youth in Los Angeles County. All dollar amounts will help towards assisting these clients.
