Bernards Builders are working hard on Imagine Village II. We are fairly far along on the framing of the first floor. Our drone photos really let us experience what is happening on a site that is over 2 acres. Bernards has made good progress over the last month and we are 17% complete.
The work at Sun Commons is largely focused in three areas now – site work which is putting in our planters and getting the interior courtyard built; the work on the Penny Lane NoHo office site which includes reconnecting the stormwater management system to the to be added subterranean filtration tanks abutting the alley; and the offsite work which is adding all new curb and gutter all along the property. We are continuing the work in the units and will be adding cabinets and then final finishes. Check out some of the photos below!
