Join us every Wednesday in Commerce for healthy alternatives such as fruit smoothies, protein shakes, and coldpressed green juice. All healthy beverages and smoothies are made fresh and are available to all Transition Age Youth participants (age 16-25).

This is a teen group for those with a history of trauma or risky behaviors addressing cognitive, behavioral, and interpersonal coping skills with a focus on safety. Some
of the topics include grounding coping with triggers, healthy relationships, setting boundaries, healing from anger, taking care of yourself, and life choices.

Find your people. Be Boldly You is a supportive space for LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults to explore, express, and celebrate your unique identity. Connect with others, share your experiences, and build a community where you can be unapologetically yourself. Let’s grow together—authenticity starts here!

The Men’s Table is a supportive space for men to connect, share experiences, and discuss life challenges in a respectful and confidential environment. Topics may include relationships, stress, fatherhood, personal growth, and emotional well-being.

Join us for a fun and relaxing evening hosted by the Community & Family Resource Center! Free Screening of the movie GOAT. Bring the whole family and enjoy a family-friendly movie, light snacks, and time to connect with other families in the community. This event is a great opportunity to unwind, laugh together, and build connections in a welcoming space.

Domestic violence intervention classes open to individuals who want to learn about healthy relationships, accountability, and non-violent communication. Participants will gain tools to manage emotions, resolve conflict safely, and build respectful relationships.
