This group offers a safe space to process grief, build resilience, and move toward healing. Together we’ll acknowledge loss, share emotions, and find meaning while

keeping connections with loved ones alive. You don’t have to go through this journey alone. All participants of grief group must be 6 months after initial death of loved

one and be able to discuss loss without heavy emotions that impact ability to engage in the group.
