Start you day off with a free IHOP family breakfast meal. This flyer is your meal ticket. Please arrive at your designated time indicated below. When you arrive you will receive and IHOP bag with your family feast which includes 8 world famous buttermilk pancakes, 4 servings of scrambled eggs & golden hash browns, 4 strips of bacon and 4 sausage links.

This is a group for adults with a history of trauma or risk behaviors addressing cognitive, behavioral, and interpersonal coping skills with a focus on safety. Some of the topics include grounding coping with triggers, healthy relationships, setting boundaries, healing from anger, taking care of yourself, and life choices.

We provide therapeutic services, foster family home placements, adoption services, transitional and affordable housing, family preservation, Intensive Services and mental health services for children youth and families throughout Los Angeles County.
