This group uses art-based activities to help participants explore and express feelings related to anger and anxiety in a safe and supportive environment. Through creative expression, participants will identify emotional triggers, increase awareness of physical and emotional responses, and practice healthy coping and selfregulation strategies. Activities will encourage participants to communicate emotions through art, develop alternative ways to manage difficult feelings, and build skills for responding to anger and anxiety in more effective ways.

In partnership with TAY and CFRC, this group provides a safe, informative, and supportive space to learn about personal hygiene, sexual health, and the importance of making healthy and informed choices.
