This a school aged group for those in 4th or 5th grade who are interested in learning various techniques in managing anxiety. Some topics include psychoeducation,
insight building/ emotional regulation, relaxation skills, reframing negative thoughts, and social skills.

A group led by Parent Partners of Intensive Services meant to review relevant topics to the parents/caregivers of our clients and discuss various topics for psychoeducation, resources, intervention ideas, build natural supports, and support each other through similar lived struggles/experiences.

PL Case Management & ECM will be providing an opportunity for walk-ins to receive information on food banks, extracurricular activities, legal assistance, information on housing, how to enroll in Enhanced Case Management, and much more!

Join us for our virtual LGBTQIA2-S youth support group for youth ages 15 and under, allies welcome. This group is a safe space for youth to be with likeminded youth and receive links to resources.
