Tired from work, school, or life? Want to feel totally relaxed and strong? Join the AV CFRC Team in our first ever Wellness Hour! Our instructor will guide you through this amazing 1-hour session where you will experience the feeling of Zen and strength like no other with the power of hot Pilates & yoga! Participants will be rewarded with healthy food and drinks. PLC Staff & clients are encouraged to attend. Only 35 participants will be able to attend. RSVP ASAP before spots run out!

This event will feature an instructor-led session where staff will learn the basics of painting a canvas portrait. Participants will receive step-by-step guidance and hands-on support throughout the activity. By the end, each staff member will have created their own finished portrait to take home. Space is limited to the first 35 staff who RSVP.

This is a group for adults with a history of trauma or risk behaviors addressing cognitive, behavioral, and interpersonal coping skills with a focus on safety. Some of the topics include grounding coping with triggers, healthy relationships, setting boundaries, healing from anger, taking care of yourself, and life choices.

Join us to learn essential good hygiene practices that will keep you safe and healthy. Together, we’ll explore ways to enhance your well-being and develop effective coping skills. Don’t miss this opportunity to improve your daily routine and promote a healthier, happier you!
