Take the first step toward a healthier you with this gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class. Designed to support overall wellness, this light yoga session focuses on simple stretches, foundational poses, and mindful breathing to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and boost physical and mental health. No experience needed. All participants will receive a complimentary yoga bag, yoga mat, and water bottle to support their wellness journey.
