This group aims to help clients have a better understanding on how to understand their own emotions and how to build and maintain relationships. This group will work with clients on understanding thoughts and feelings and being able to generally relate to others. We hope to enhance their ability in communicating with peers, learning how to exhibit empathy, how to work with others, and building acceptable social behaviors within their environment. Overall, this group aims to enhance a client’s ability to foster authentic connection, self-advocacy skills, and confidence, rather than learning or mimicking neurotypical behaviors.

This is a group for adults with a history of trauma or risk behaviors addressing cognitive, behavioral, and interpersonal coping skills with a focus on safety. Some of the topics include grounding coping with triggers, healthy relationships, setting boundaries, healing from anger, taking care of yourself, and life choices.

Healthy Habits is a hands-on wellness workshop where participants learn about nutrition, hydration, and healthy lifestyle choices through interactive activities, demonstrations, and practical tips that can be applied in everyday life.
Topics include:
• Nutrition and healthy food choices, including
snack ideas and food demonstrations
• Hydration and building healthy daily routines
• Stress management, self-care, and physical
activity for overall wellness
• Practical tips for supporting family health and
long-term well-being
