
Domestic violence intervention classes open to individuals who want to learn about healthy relationships, accountability, and non-violent communication. Participants will gain tools to manage emotions, resolve conflict safely, and build respectful relationships.

12 Week DCFS approved. Group parenting classes. Participants must start by May 14.
Topics Include:
-Nurturing as a Lifestyle
-Children's Brain Development
-Alternatives to Spanking
-Emotional Regulation

This group supports pregnant individuals by promoting prenatal wellness through education, emotional support, and peer connection. Topics
focus on:
• changes in pregnancy and prenatal wellness
• whole body wellness in pregnancy (exercise and nutrition)
• labor & delivery prep and comfort techniques
• postpartum care and wellness
• baby care
• breastfeeding
• bonding and nurturing relationships after baby

-Embracing Identities LGBTQIA2-S Support Groups provide a safe place for LGBTQ+ youth to get to know others and learn about the LGBTQ+ community. Open to youth ages 16-25, topics range from the differences between sex and gender, to the coming out process and safe relationships.

CCRC representatives are available at Penny Lane Centers to guide families through the application process for services.
