A group led by Parent Partners of Intensive Services meant to review relevant topics to the parents/caregivers of our clients and discuss various topics for psychoeducation, resources, intervention ideas, build natural supports, and support each other through similar lived struggles/experiences.

This group is designed to support parents and caregivers in strengthening parenting skills, improving communication, building healthy family relationships, and increasing confidence in navigating everyday parenting challenges. The group will provide a supportive environment where participants can learn practical strategies, share experiences, and connect with other caregivers.

This group supports pregnant individuals by promoting prenatal wellness through education, emotional support, and peer connection. Topics
focus on:
• changes in pregnancy and prenatal wellness
• whole body wellness in pregnancy (exercise and nutrition)
• labor & delivery prep and comfort techniques
• postpartum care and wellness
• baby care
• breastfeeding
• bonding and nurturing relationships after baby

Come grow with us! Join fellow parents and caregivers in a supportive environment where you’ll build meaningful connections, strengthen your parenting skills, and learn practical strategies from the Nurturing Parenting Curriculum. Together we’ll explore positive discipline, healthy communication, child development, and ways to create nurturing family relationships while supporting one another along the parenting journey.
