Join us every Wednesday in Commerce for healthy alternatives such as fruit smoothies, protein shakes, and coldpressed green juice. All healthy beverages and smoothies are made fresh and are available to all Transition Age Youth participants (age 16-25).

This is a teen group for those with a history of trauma or risky behaviors addressing cognitive, behavioral, and interpersonal coping skills with a focus on safety. Some
of the topics include grounding coping with triggers, healthy relationships, setting boundaries, healing from anger, taking care of yourself, and life choices.

A group led by Parent Partners of Intensive Services meant to review relevant topics to the parents/caregivers of our clients and discuss various topics for psychoeducation, resources, intervention ideas, build natural supports, and support each other through similar lived struggles/experiences.
