The Women’s Support & Empowerment Therapy Group is a compassionate and confidential space for women to explore personal growth, emotional well-being, and relationship dynamics. This group provides a supportive environment where participants can share their experiences, build self-awareness, and develop healthy coping strategies for life’s challenges.

The Men’s Support & Growth Therapy Group is a safe and supportive space designed for men to explore personal challenges, emotional well-being, and relationship dynamics. This group provides an opportunity for participants to share experiences, develop self-awareness, and build meaningful connections with others who may face similar struggles.

A creative, therapeutic group for children ages 7–10 to explore art, play, and connection in a safe, supportive space. Through guided activities, children build confidence, express emotions, and practice positive social skills while connecting with peers. The group fosters creativity, emotional growth, and healthy interaction in a welcoming environment.
