This is a group for adults with a history of trauma or risk behaviors addressing cognitive, behavioral, and interpersonal coping skills with a focus on safety. Some of the topics include grounding coping with triggers, healthy relationships, setting boundaries, healing from anger, taking care of yourself, and life choices.

A group led by Parent Partners of Intensive Services meant to review relevant topics to the parents/caregivers of our clients and discuss various topics for psychoeducation, resources, intervention ideas, build natural supports, and support each other through similar lived struggles/experiences.

Our weekly support group will focus on providing support to fathers and father figures in a supportive and caring environment. We will discuss the unique needs of fathers and father figures and how to cope with life’s challenges. This is a 10-session weekly group. Participants will receive a certificate of participation after successfully participating in the group. If you are interested, please contact us to complete our intake forms. This group offers a safe space to process grief, build resilience, and move toward healing. Together we’ll acknowledge loss, share emotions, and find meaning while
keeping connections with loved ones alive. You don’t have to go through this journey alone. All participants of grief group must be 6 months after initial death of loved
one and be able to discuss loss without heavy emotions that impact ability to engage in the group.

Join us every Wednesday in Commerce for healthy alternatives such as fruit smoothies, protein shakes, and coldpressed green juice. All healthy beverages and smoothies are made fresh and are available to all Transition Age Youth participants (age 16-25).
Penny Lane Centers is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that cares for over 3500 abused and neglected children, youth and families a month.
