In an effort to continue our conversations about racial equity, we are excited to share the Racial Wealth Gap Simulation exercise with all of you. This is a “game” that addresses historical policies and practices that were put in place to hinder the possibility of wealth for African Americans. Get ready to experience a deep and powerful exercise that will leave you with a better understanding of how systemic racism became a thing.
