Wraparound Penny Lane’s Wraparound services provide families the support needed to achieve stability and permanency and avoid more institutionalized forms of care. Our community-based program utilizes teams and a family-driven strength-based philosophy to wrap around families helping them explore and develop natural support systems in their communities. Each family creates their own individualized plan according to their needs and goals. The Wraparound team advocates for and empowers each child and family to reach their goals and achieve self-sufficiency and independence. |
