Parenting Skills Program
When reunification is the goal of a family whose child has been
placed in foster care, or when a family has been identified as “at-risk”
of harming their children, Penny Lane Parenting Skills Program provides training to break the cycle of violence and neglect in the home. Parents learn to interact with their children in positive ways and learn to access support services that reduce the stresses of family life and poverty.
