Foster Care / Foster Family Agency (FFA) Penny Lane Foster Family Agency provides foster care in specially-trained and supervised homes throughout the community. Penny Lane foster children range in age form birth to 19 years of age who have been referred to us by Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). Penny Lane Foster Parents are loving and dedicated individuals and families who open their hearts and their homes to children. |

| When reunification with a foster child’s family is not possible, Penny Lane works to ensure permanency for children by placing them for adoption within the same specially trained foster home in which they were cared for and loved. |
