Since
1998, Penny Lane has offered an outstanding Transitional Housing
Program, which serves as an important bridge for young adults
between the foster-care system and independent living. In
our six-unit, fully furnished apartment buildings, we are
not only provide these young people with housing, but also
vocational skills and financial resources to get them started
in adult life. Making the transition to personal and economic
self-sufficiency, they become contributing members of society.
